The Lady Groovers take time out from cheering to pose with the mascots from the
Greenville Greyhounds Football team, Greenville Drive Baseball team, and the
mascot from the Safe Kids Coalition.
The event was the kick off for the NADA Buckle Up for
Safety Campaign. A parade of mascots led the event
around the Greenville Drive Stadium followed by a
press release by William Bradshaw owner of Bradsaw
Automotive and President of the NADA (National
Automotive Dealers Association). The Safety Coalition
members performed seatbelt safety checks and child
safety restraints, for those child restraints that were
found improperly installed were advised and had the
restraints properly installed. Several new child restraints were issued to those
families that did not have one in place or deemed not safe.
