| MDA LOCKUP Wire Report 06/29/06 Inside the Greyhounds organization concerns arose about the status of the teams direction and status after the Owner, James Beeks was called in to justice and found G-U-I-L-T-Y. In a statement by Mr. Beeks, he says " I have been in this business for three years and I have done my best to run the most honest and straight forward organization possible and I guess for certain entities that felt I wasn't living up to my commitment to become a positive role model and get others involved in the community was eventually right. I am glad to finally get all of this off my back and be done with it. I hope all those forces that were against me are happy now. I will serve my sentence and turn myself in on October 25th".
