Today the Greyhounds office was informed that
Ann Baker, the Mother-In-Law of player Grady
Hughes, has received news that she has Bone
Cancer. As a family member of the Greyhounds
make sure you pray for Grady and his family as
they endure the news and hope for a quick and
speedy recovery for Ann. Grady recently joined
the Greyhounds team and has been working hard
to make his way into the lineup. Let's show Grady
and his wife Kristi, that we are more than just a
football team, we are family. We care and we will
continue to show them our support as we wish
Ann well in the future.

comments = Hi,
I am Grady Hughes mother, Teresa, and I cannot thank yall enough for the support and
friendship yall are giving him right now!!
I read your statement on the front page about Ann and it brought me to tears knowing
that there are still people like yall out there. I am very, very proud of my son and the
wonderful family that he has with his wife Kristi, his mother-in-law Ann, sister-in-law
Sonya and their beautiful baby girl Mackenzie!!
Thank you again and you can count on me as a huge fan of the team!
Can't wait to meet you all!!
Teresa Baker
In response to an article posted on the Greyhounds website about a player Grady
Hughes, whose mother-in-law was recently diagnosed with bone cancer wanted to
express her appreciation to the Greyhounds organization and had this to say:
