| 0FFICIAL END TO CONDITIONING CAMP OPENS DOOR FOR COMPETITION |
Today coach Beeks announced thatconditioning camp has ended and practice and competition for positions have
practice in helmets as the next step in the process. Now all the talk brings in the competition for positions as we
start to compete for starting positions. Game planning and starting jobs are on the line for demonstrating skills on
agility levels. It wont be long before we put the pads on soon and then we set the stage for starting positions to
change.
We averaged 30 guys at each practice and it truely revealed the high expectations of this years team. Players
endured the the weather and early
start of winter practice to be in the
best physical shape possible. We
have definitely improved since we
began this journey back in
November. We have lost some of
the many guys that started with us
and it has been a building process
along the way where we lost
players we have also added
players. We have the potential to
have built the largest Greyhounds
team since it's conception 5 years
ago. We will be bolstering a roster
of about 45 guys. So let the
competition begin.
