| Becomes the Official Sports Training of the Greenville Greyhounds |
| The Greyhounds talked with the D1 Director of Marketing Ron Rickel and Recruiting Coordinator Curt Revelette about having the Greyhounds first 2007 season mini camp at the new indoor facility. We had previously met and discussed working together to make D1 the "Official Training Facility for Greenville's minor football league team", but haven't worked out all the particulars to the contract. We have however, been given the OK to proceed with setting the date and announcing the location of our first mini camp at the D1 Training Facility; I was reassured that everything else was going to work out to a mutual benefit for D1 and the Greyhounds. What an opportunity for the team to establish it's reputation for reaching bigger goals and a more professional operations by being the first and only minor league team to have an indoor training facility to work out and train at. The Greyhounds are still moving forward with exceptional partnerships and accomplishments. Coach Beeks said that these types of deals solidify the years of hard work and dedication to be able to offer my guys the best of everything possible. We have embarked on our own home field, a community that is starting to get behind us, and now a brand new indoor training facility. A training facility of this caliber is awesome and the benefits are limitless. When you look at the turf, the weight training area, and just thinking about the isolated speed and agility training we will be receiving for our athletes by far set our team ahead of the rest.
